The Brookwood Community

During the summer of 2023, I had the amazing opportunity of being the Social Media Intern for The Brookwood Community. My responsibilities included creating and managing citizen profiles, documenting events, and implementing new strategies to enhance the community's social media presence.
I developed personalized citizen profiles by creating personal relationships with community members and ensuring accurate representation. By attending community events, I was able to capture photos and videos for inclusive content that showcased the community's importance. Also by creating content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, I was able to reflect the community's importance and values. This internship offered a unique opportunity to contribute to a positive and inclusive community while gaining valuable experience in social media management.
